What to Expect After Registering...

Once you have registered to join us for CCO Fall there are a few communications you will want to keep an eye out for that help you to have the best experience possible.

End-Users
(Customer Experience, Customer Experience, etc. Professionals)

  1. Once you have submitted your registration you’ll receive an email from register[at]coriniumintel.com with your invoice and details on how to submit payment. If you don’t receive this email within an hour of submitting the form, be sure to get in touch with the team so we can confirm your contact details.
  2. The day after we have received your payment, you’ll be introduced to the Event Manager, Delia Mulvihill, via email. Delia will be able to share more information about specific event details and help to answer any questions you may have at this point. We’ll also ask you to complete a short survey to better understand what your current challenges are, allowing us to make sure you get the most out of your attendance at CCO Fall.
  3. In the weeks that follow, the event team will be in touch to share venue information and hotel offers and details for those who will require accommodation.
  4. As the event gets closer, we’ll continue to keep in touch so you have all the up to date event information, we’ll make sure you are aware of any changes to the agenda and can let us know if you plan to have any team members join you.
  5. When the event is just a few weeks away, we’ll be asking you to Check-In early to the event and reconfirm your attendance via email
  6. Two weeks before the event we’ll be launching the CCO Fall app! We’ll let you know when it’s ready and share instructions on how to download the app to your mobile device. The CCO Fall app will include all the up to date info and agenda updates for the event! Keep in mind we won’t be printing agendas in an effort to conserve paper, so the app is a must-have for all attendees!
  7. In the few days before the start of CCO Fall, we’ll be doing our final round of check-ins, making sure you have all the information you need before the start of the event. That includes hotel information, reminders about how to download the app and other small housekeeping items that you may have forgotten about!
  8. Finally, the day has come! We’ll see you at CCO Fall – be sure to follow the signage to the registration table and check in with a member of the team before you start your day! Our team is there to assist you and ensure you get the most out of your time, please contact them if there is anything you need help with.

VIP Requests
(Available to End-Users only & based on approval)

  1. Once you have submitted your VIP registration form, you’ll receive an email letting you know that the CCO Fall team has received your request. Keep in mind VIP passes are limited and, unfortunately, we can’t approve all requests.
  2. After the CCO Fall team has reviewed your request (we’ll aim to get back to you within 2 business days), you will be notified via email if your request has been approved, so keep an eye out for a message from inquiries[at]coriniumintel.com! If your VIP request is denied, you can contact a member of the team for more details or find out if there is another way for you to gain access to the event.
  3. Once your VIP pass request has been approved, you’ll be introduced to the Event Manager, Delia Mulvihill, via email.
